The Official Zoning Map together with all materials attached thereto is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. The attached material shall include the Flood Insurance Study for Clay County, Minnesota and Incorporated Areas and Flood Insurance Rate Map panels therein numbered 27027C0338E, 27027C0339E, 27027C0340E, 27027C0342E, 27027C0343E, 27027CG480E, 27027C0481E, 27027C0482E and the Flood Insurance Rate Map Index (Map Number 27027CIND2A), all dated April 17, 2012 and prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The Official Zoning Map shall be on file in the office of the City Administrator and Zoning Administrator.
