§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Minors. Any minor found to be in violation of § 131.01 may be adjudicated delinquent and shall be subject to the dispositional alternatives set forth in M.S. § 260B.198, as it may be amended from time to time.
   (B)   Adults. Any adult person found to be in violation of § 131.01 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
