§ 130.05 DANGEROUS WEAPONS.
   Whoever does any of the following is in violation of this section.
   (A)   Recklessly handles or uses a gun, pistol or other dangerous weapon or explosive so as to endanger the safety of another;
   (B)   Intentionally points a gun of any kind, capable of injuring or killing a human being and whether loaded or unloaded, at or toward another;
   (C)   Possesses any gun, pistol, switchblade knife, machete or any other dangerous article or substance for the purpose of being used unlawfully as a weapon against another. For the purposes of this section, possession of a switchblade knife or machete or other substance of like nature which has no recognized commercial or household value shall be prima facie evidence that said possession is for the purpose of being used unlawfully as a weapon against another;
   (D)   Sells or has in his or her possession any device designed to silence or muffle the discharge of a firearm; or
   (E)   Without the parents’ or guardians’ consent, and the written consent of the City Police Department, furnishes a child under 15 years of age with a firearm or other dangerous weapon or explosive or any ammunition or explosive.
