§ 130.01 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   The following acts are declared to be disorderly conduct and against good order of the city.
   (A)   Indecent exposure. Any person who shall appear in nude condition or expose his or her person in an indecent manner in any public place shall be guilty of any indecent, obscene or lewd act or behavior.
   (B)   House of ill fame. No person shall keep or have within city limits a house of ill fame, or assignation or prostitution or a room or place for a person or persons to visit for unlawful intercourse or indecent purpose or any disorderly house where peace and decency of the neighborhood is disturbed. No person shall visit or frequent a disorderly house or house of ill fame for any unlawful, immoral or lewd purpose or behavior.
   (C)   Disturbances. No person shall make or aid in making any improper noises or disturbances or to commit any act constituting a breach of the peace.
   (D)   Delaying or obstructing police officer. No person shall willfully delay or obstruct a police officer in discharge of his or her duties.
   (E)   Weapons. It is unlawful for anyone to carry a concealed weapon of any kind or any dangerous instrumentality as is or may be used in the attack or defense of a person, or in the destruction of property.
   (F) Discharging weapons. No person shall discharge any gun, firearms or fireworks except by consent of the Council.
