§ 115.09 TERM OF LICENSE.
   Each license granted and issued pursuant to this chapter shall be for a term of one year commencing July 1 of each year and expiring June 30 of the following year, except that the initial license period for a license issued hereunder shall run from the time of issuance to the next succeeding June 30. Each licensee shall be required to submit to the City Administrator in writing prior to May 1 of each year a request for reissuance of his or her license, such request to be accompanied by the annual fee for said license. In no event shall a renewal license be approved without the payment in full of the fee required by this chapter.
