§ 31.39 CITY STAFF LIAISON.
   The community police officer would be the city staff person assigned to the Neighborhood Association Commission. Also, one City Council member would be assigned as the City Council liaison. The community police officer, or a designee, would be expected to prepare the agenda and send out notices to members of the Neighborhood Association Commission and attend all Commission meetings.
