§ 114.07 PET BIRDS OR ANIMALS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH CLEAN AND PROPER FOOD AND WATER.

All pet birds or animals kept for sale or display or any other purpose shall be provided with suitable sanitary housing with clean and proper food and water available at all times.
