§ 31.37 GOALS.
   The goals of a Neighborhood Association Commission are to move decision-making closer to the neighborhoods, improve communication and sharing of ideas among the Neighborhood Associations and with City Hall and to provide Neighborhood Associations with official advisory stature to the City Council.
