§ 112.08 OTHER PROHIBITED ACTS.
   (A)   Parental responsibility. It shall be unlawful for any parent or legal guardian to knowingly permit a minor to violate this chapter.
   (B)   Minnesota Clean Indoor Act. It shall be unlawful for any person to use licensed products anywhere smoking is prohibited by the Minnesota Clean Indoor Act, as it may be amended from time to time.
   (C)   Use where prohibited. It is a violation of this chapter for any person to use licensed products in an area where prohibited by this chapter, or to use licensed products in an area where prohibited by a private policy established by the proprietor or other person in charge of the area.
   (D)   Proprietors. It is a violation of this chapter for the proprietor, person, or entity that owns, leases, manages, operates, or otherwise controls the use of an area in which the use of licensed products is prohibited under this chapter to knowingly fail to comply with the provisions of this chapter.
