(A) The Neighborhood Association Commission will write its own by-laws pertaining to membership, function and the like. The Commission could include one member from each Neighborhood Association.
(B) The Neighborhood Association Commission would be a ten- to 15-member board that would serve in an advisory status to the City Council. The Commission would meet monthly and possess the same advisory status as other city commissions such as the Planning Commission, Park Board, Star City Commission and Loco Daze Committee.
