§ 31.21 AMENDMENTS.
   These by-laws may be amended, when necessary, by paper ballot vote by a two-thirds majority of the Loco Daze Committee and the change(s) then submitted to the City Council for approval. Proposed amendments must be submitted to the Secretary/Treasurer to be sent out with the regular Committee agenda.
