§ 92.07 ELM FIREWOOD.
   (A)   The storage of elm logs with the bark intact for a period longer than 72 hours shall be unlawful during the period April 1 through September 15, and only during the period September 16 through March 31 if a special permit is issued, so that the location of the material is known so is not already disposed of by April 1 it can be confiscated.
   (B)   All firewood stored either by local homeowner or dealer to be stored on pallet excluding dealers fast-moving wood products that would be moved within 45 days.
