§ 91.004 DRIVING UPON AND DAMAGE TO SIDEWALKS.
   No person shall drive any vehicle, wagon or sleigh over and across any sidewalk, except at crossings. No person shall in any manner willfully injure or deface any sidewalk nor any public property of the city.
