§ 91.001 CONSTRUCTION AND SPECIFICATIONS.

All sidewalks hereafter constructed, altered or repaired shall be a uniform width of four feet in all residential districts, shall be built or rebuilt on the grade now or hereafter established and the outer edge thereof shall be on a straight line. They shall be constructed of a good grade of materials and shall conform to specifications approved by City Council.
