§ 74.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE. A Class 1 all-terrain vehicle and Class 2 all-terrain vehicle as defined by M.S. §84.92(8).
   RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. Any motorized bicycle, moped or motorcycle, motor vehicles licensed for highway operation but used for off-road recreational purposes.
