(A) At any time, it shall be unlawful to permit any licensed vehicle or trailer to stand in any of the following places, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or traffic controlling device.
(B) Trailers include boat trailers, snowmobile trailers, utility trailers, flatbed trailers, campers or any other unit so designed to be pulled behind a motorized or unmotorized vehicle, regardless of whether or not the trailer is attached or unattached to a motorized or unmotorized vehicle at the time.
(1) On any street, roadway or right-of-way for a continuous period of more than 72 hours;
(2) A continuous period exists until the vehicle or trailer is moved a minimum of 300 feet. Trailer cannot be returned to the same location for 14 days;
(3) In any intersection;
(4) In a crosswalk;
(5) Upon any bridge or viaduct, or in any subway or tunnel or the approach thereto;
(6) Between a safety zone and the adjacent curb, or within 30 feet of the curb immediately opposite the end of a safety zone;
(7) Within 30 feet of a traffic signal, beacon or sign on the approaching side;
(8) Within 30 feet of an intersection or crosswalk;
(9) At any place where the standing of a vehicle will reduce the usable width of the roadway for moving traffic to less than 18 feet;
(10) Within ten feet of a fire hydrant or in a fire lane;
(11) At any place where the vehicle would block the use of a driveway;
(12) Within 50 feet of the nearest rail of a railroad grade crossing;
(13) Within 20 feet of the driveway entrance to any fire department station and on the side of the street opposite the entrance to any such station within 75 feet of such entrance when properly signed;
(14) On any sidewalk parkway;
(15) At any place where official signs prohibit parking;
(16) In a designated disabled parking space located any place within the city limits without a permit for such parking prominently displayed;
(17) Wrong side of street (parking against traffic);
(18) Loading zone, where posted or signed; and
(19) Night time parking, where posted or signed.
