§ 73.02 ABANDONING A MOTOR VEHICLE IN RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
   It is unlawful for any person to abandon a motor vehicle in the right-of-way of streets within the city. No person shall park or leave any vehicle or trailer in a wrecked, junked, partially dismantled or inoperative condition in the right-of-way of streets; except that a reasonable time, not to exceed 24 hours from the time of disability, shall be permitted for the removal or servicing of a disabled vehicle in an emergency caused by an accident or sudden breakdown of a vehicle. No person shall park or leave any non-licensed vehicle or trailer in the right-of-way of streets.
