§ 72.02 SUSPENSION.
   No person shall operate or drive any motor vehicle upon any street or highway in this city while his or her license is under suspension by the Commissioner of Highways or under revocation by the Commissioner of Highways pursuant to authority granted state law to the Commissioner of Highways.
