§ 72.01 VALID LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall operate or drive any motor vehicle upon any street or highway in this city unless he or she has a valid license as a driver, or a valid chauffeur’s license and is operating a motor vehicle in the performance of his or her duties as a chauffeur.
