Any violation of this chapter may be charged as a misdemeanor and be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99 or, alternatively, may be issued an administrative citation and be subject to the civil penalty provisions of § 35.01. Any criminal or civil penalty imposed pursuant to this section may be imposed in addition to any enforcement actions set forth in this chapter or to any costs incurred by the city for abatement. Each act of violation and each day upon which any violation shall occur shall constitute a separate offense.
