(A) Permits covered in the Fire Prevention Code and required in various articles are valid for a period of one (1) year from date of issuance. Annual renewals of permits are the responsibility of the property owner or his agent or operator.
(B) Any property owner or his agent or operator who is required to purchase an annual business license can be issued a permit which is valid for an indefinite period.
