(A) The limits referred to in section 16.22a of the Fire Prevention Code in which storage of flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited are hereby established as follows: bounded on the north by Cleveland Street; on the south by Calhoun Street; on the east by Sixth Avenue and on the west by Ninth Avenue.
(B) The limits referred to in section 16.61 of the Fire Prevention Code, in which new bulk plans for flammable or combustible liquids are prohibited, are hereby established as follows: all residential zones and B-1 Commercial zones.
