§ 2-2-1 FIRE DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   There is established a City Fire Department to be headed by a Fire Chief who shall be appointed by the City Manager.
   (B)   The City Manager may employ additional members of the department as is deemed appropriate.
