§ 1-7-4 TERMS OF OFFICE.
   (A)   The Mayor and Council members shall be elected for a term of four (4) years.
   (B)   The term of office of Council members shall be staggered, so that one-half (1/2) of the Council members shall be elected every two (2) years.
