(A) A majority to be defined as one (1) vote more than one-half (1/2) the total votes cast.
(B) If no candidate for a single office, receives a majority of votes cast in the general election, a second election shall be conducted two (2) weeks after the first election between the two (2) candidates who received the highest vote count in the general election.

(C) In the case of a single office, the candidate receiving a majority of the votes cast in the runoff election shall be declared elected.
