(A) Pursuant to S.C. Code § 34-11-90, the city hereby adopts and incorporates into this Code, S.C. Code §§ 34-11-60 through 34-11-100. A violation of any of these provisions shall be a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in the statutes.
(B) In addition to the penalties provided in paragraph (A), a charge of twenty-five dollars ($25) shall be imposed on anyone issuing a bad check to the city for the payment of any municipal bill or fee.
