§ 9-3-1 DAMAGING PROPERTY; GENERALLY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to play around or in any way romp over, or damage or deface, or spoil in any way any property of any person, including any and all kinds of buildings, or any kind of a building in the process of construction, or any personal property, within the corporate limits.
