§ 9-2-10 INTERFERENCE WITH POLICE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, obstruct, use abusive language or oppose, resist, strike or threaten a police officer or other officer of the city, while in the discharge of his duty. It shall also be unlawful for any person to refuse or fail to obey the summons or command of any police officer or other officer when summoned to aid and assist him in the discharge of his duties.
