§ 9-2-9 DRUNKENNESS; INDECENT CONDUCT.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to be found drunk or intoxicated, or in any way conducting himself in an indecent manner on the streets of the city or in any other public place within the city.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person within the city to publicly engage in the drinking of alcoholic liquors, beer, ale, porter, or wine or any other similar malt or fermented beverage.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person within the city to engage in the drinking of alcoholic liquors, beer, ale, porter, wine or any other similar malt or fermented beverage upon any premises which an athletic contest is being conducted.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person within the city to drink alcoholic liquors, beer, ale, porter, wine or any other similar malt or fermented beverages on the premises of any retail, wholesale or manufacturing alcoholic liquor business establishment.
