§ 9-2-7 DISORDERLY HOUSES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or maintain a disorderly house or any premises within the corporate limits where card playing or games of chance are permitted, or where people are allowed to congregate and talk loudly to the annoyance of the neighborhood.
