§ 1-6-21 MUNICIPAL JUDGE.
   The court shall be presided over by one (1) or more full-time or part-time judges, at the discretion of Council. The municipal judge shall be appointed by Council for a term fixed by Council not to exceed four (4) years. The compensation of the municipal judge shall be as from time to time may be determined by Council. Vacancies shall be filled in accordance with S.C. Code § 14-25-25.
