§ 9-2-5 LOUD AND BOISTEROUS TALKING; INDECENT LANGUAGE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in loud and boisterous talking, so as to become a nuisance, or to use any form of profanity or indecent language on the streets or in a gathering, audience or assembly or in any public place whatsoever, within the corporate limits of the city.
