§ 9-2-3 SAME; DISCHARGING IN OR NEAR STREETS, ETC.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully discharge any gun, pistol or other firearm or use any slingshot, slungshot or other missile on or near any of the streets, squares or avenues of the city.
