(A) There is established two (2) hour parking zone on all marked parking spaces on the public streets in the city, except the streets around the courthouse and the city/county complex. The City Manager shall be responsible for posting appropriate signs of at least three (3) per block.
(B) The driver of any vehicle which is found parked in a two (2) hour parking space in excess of the two (2) hour time limit, and/or move their vehicles from one (1) space to another, shall be subject to a fine of twenty-five dollars ($ 25) for the first and second offense. Third offense is subject to towing.
(C) This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
