§ 7-6-3 NOTIFICATION TO UTILITIES; NEGOTIATION OF FRANCHISE AGREEMENTS.
   The City Manager and Finance Director are hereby authorized and directed to notify the respective utility companies of the provisions of this article and to negotiate any and all other additional provisions of a franchise agreement which will be necessary and proper for the implementation of this article.
