§ 7-5-1 INSURANCE POLICY OR BOND.
   No taxicab operator's business license shall be issued unless the applicant therefor shall have filed with the City Manager a general liability insurance policy or a bond in such amounts as required by state law for each taxicab to be operated under the license.
