(A) Residents shall be entitled to one thousand (1,000) pounds of trash removal weekly, (limb, branch, leaf, shrub, etc.) when such yard work is performed by the property owner. Such trash and debris shall be placed at the curb for pick-up by truck crews of the knunkleboom loader.
(B) Professional lawn care and tree removal experts shall obtain a business license before operating within the city limits. Such individuals shall remove all limbs, leaves, branches, shrubs, etc. from the property for proper disposal as a requirement of their job. Such materials are not the responsibility of the city to remove. In the event such material is not properly removed the city reserves the right to remove all such materials at a rate two (2) times the current landfill tonnage charges to cover the handling and landfill costs.
