Any household head or individual charged with a violation of any section or provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than two hundred dollars ($200) or imprisonment not to exceed thirty (30) days or both. Each day of violation shall be considered a separate offense. Punishment for violation shall be considered a separate offense. Punishment shall not relieve the offender of liability for delinquent penalties and costs provided for herein.
