It is recognized that at certain times excess solid waste will be generated by the occupant/user above the containerized capability of the mobile container. This excess shall be bagged or boxed in a throw-away container and placed neatly beside the mobile container. Occupant/user may be required to purchase a second container at their expense at the discretion of the Service Department Director.
