§ 6-2-11 MAINTENANCE OF MOBILE CONTAINERS; REPLACEMENT.
   (A)   It shall be the responsibility of each household to handle the maintenance of mobile containers to the degree of which they are capable.
   (B)   It shall be the responsibility of the occupant/user to keep their individual mobile and bulk containers reasonably clean and free of water.
   (C)   Mobile containers furnished by the city shall remain the property of the city and are provided and assigned to residences for the health, safety, convenience and general welfare of the occupants. Containers which are damaged, destroyed, or stolen through abuse, neglect, or improper use of the occupant/user shall be replaced by the city at the expense of the occupant or the owner of the residence. Containers which are damaged, destroyed, or stolen through no abuse, neglect, or improper use of the occupant/user or residence owner shall be repaired or replaced by the city at no charge. The container shall not be damaged, destroyed, defaced or removed from the premises by any person. Markings and identification devices on the containers, except as placed or specifically permitted by the city, are expressly prohibited and shall be regarded as damage to the containers.
