(A) The city will furnish initially at no charge one (1) mobile container toter to each single and duplex family dwelling within the city limits. If an additional mobile container is required, it may be purchased from the city by the person ordering the additional container. Each mobile container delivered to the single or duplex family dwelling is required to remain at that assigned address until otherwise designated by the Service Department.
(B) Apartment buildings of two (2) rental families or a rental family unit shall receive and use a mobile toter with one (1) for each family to be delivered, in order to receive garbage and trash pick-up.
