§ 6-2-7 SAME; RESPONSIBILITY FOR SECURING DUMPSTER.
   Each separate establishment shall be responsible for renting a front loading garbage dumpster from the city; and this container shall be large enough to serve the establishment's garbage needs for a minimum garbage pick-up of once a week and each establishment shall use this container.
