§ 6-2-3 ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE.
   (A)   No person shall permit the accumulation of refuse on any premises for an unreasonable period of time.
(1977 Code, § 6-2003)
   (B)   Placement of materials at the curb side shall be presumed to be garbage or trash and subject to removal as such with the appropriate application of a fee, where necessary, without further request of the owner or notice from the city.
