The City of Dillon Council shall hold a public hearing on any proposed amendment to these regulations, notice of which shall be given not less than thirty (30) days prior to the hearing date and not more than forty-five (45) days. A notice will also be published fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing. The notices of hearing shall be made in a newspaper having general distribution in the area of jurisdiction. Amendments shall be adopted by vote of the City Council.
