§ 5-5-34 RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARK (RV PARK).
   In any district in which recreational vehicle parks are permitted, the minimum standards listed below shall apply.
   (A)   All traffic roads throughout the park shall be paved to the current minimum state specifications as stated in § 5-5-26 of this ordinance.
   (B)   All roads must be posted as private. No such road will be accepted by the City of Dillon for maintenance.
   (C)   All sites for recreational vehicles shall be a minimum of ten (10) feet wide by forty (40) feet long with a six (6) inch gravel base.
   (D)   Each space shall be provided with a six (6) feet wide by ten (10) feet long concrete pad for entrance and patio with a picnic table and cookout pit.
   (E)   A sixteen (16) feet grass area between parking spaces with at least one (1) small tree per open space.
   (F)   Walking trail for animals around edge of park.
   (G)   Water, sewer and two types of electrical connections shall be provided for each space; located at the right rear of each parking space, but not located within the parking space as seen from the entrance road.
   (H)   All utilities shall be located underground.
   (I)   Street lights shall be provided.
   (J)   An RV park facility building shall be provided with these minimum requirements--his and hers restrooms; his and hers shower rooms with four (4) stalls per unit; a laundry room with two (2) washers and driers.
   (K)   Buffer yards in compliance with § 5-5-21 of this ordinance.
   (L)   RV parks allowed for transient use only as defined by this ordinance.
   (M)   No RV shall be located in the same park for more than ninety (90) days within a one hundred and eighty (180) day period regardless of a change in location within the park.
   (N)   No RV shall be placed in the park for rental purposes.
   (O)   No camping tents allowed in park.
   (P)   Must meet all Standard Building Codes regardless of the number of spaces.
