A Multi-Family Housing development consists of two (2) or more structures or units on a parcel of land which has not been subdivided into customary streets and lots and is in a single ownership. These projects, including apartments and condominiums, should have a unified design of buildings and a coordinated organization of open space and service areas. Multi-family housing is allowed in the R-7 and R-5 zones. The following standards shall apply:
