(A) Three (3) steps are provided for plat approval. One (1) step is optional; the other two (2) are required. The steps are:
(1) Review and approval of sketch plan (optional).
(2) Review and approval of preliminary plat and supporting data.
(3) Review and approval of final plat.
(B) Step (2) shall be completed prior to making any road improvements, or installing any utilities. Step (3) shall be completed prior to the sale of lots in the subdivision.
