§ 5-5-2 JURISDICTION.
   (A)   These regulations shall apply to all subdivisions of land, as defined in Article C, located within the incorporated areas of the city as now or hereafter established.
   (B)   No land may be subdivided through the use of any legal description other than with reference to a surveyed plat approved by the Planning Commission in accordance with these regulations.
