(A) Any employee who wilfully distorts or withholds any information pertaining to city business from any Council member or the Mayor shall be terminated from city employment, as prescribed in S.C. Code § 5-13-40.
(B) The Council employs the City Manager to carry out the policies and to report pertinent information of city business. The guidelines that are prescribed are for the City Manager and the municipal judges. These individuals are to report to the Council with a full report.
