§ 1-4-3 SALARIES.

The salary of each officer of the city elected by the Council shall be fixed, designated and regulated by resolution of the Council or annual appropriation ordinance worksheets. The salary shall be payable bi-weekly, in sums indicated in the resolution, by the Finance Director on approval of the City Manager.
